Booking System Walk Through Guide
First you need to select the event you want to book a place for from the list and click on it.
This will open another page with the event details
Click on the tab menu to select the booking type you want (Hire / Walk On etc)
Click the ‘Add Me’ button to bring up the registration box
If your making a booking for more than just yourself please use the ‘GROUP PAY’ option.
In Step 1 enter your FULL name (not forum name, nickname etc) and your email address and phone number is case we need to contact you.
In Step 2, You’ll see your selected option (Hire / Walk On etc) with a payment box alongside it. Use the drop down menu to choose how you want to pay. Hire places always need a deposit of £10 per place with the balance payable when you arrive, or you can pay in full if you wish. Walk On places can select ‘Pay on the day’ or ‘Pay in full’
YOU DON’T NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT NOW TO BOOK YOUR WALK ON PLACE.
HIRE PLACES NEED A £10 DEPOSIT TO SECURE EACH PLACE.
When you’ve made you selections check the Summary box and click the ‘Book In’ button (once only). If you need to make a payment you’ll be transferred to PayPal. When you’ve done that you’ll see a confirmation box thanking you for your booking and you’ll receive an email with your registration details.
